This place is nice. I really like the apartment we are staying in. The apartments are pretty good condition, not perfect but livable at least. They allow us to have our pets with us with ESA letters. The neighbors are nice and the facilities are nice as well. Very well kept up and in good condition.

The apartment community is very well kept up, groomed regularly and the grounds are clean. For a pet friendly community, it is refreshing to see the tenants actually do pick up after their pets! The office staff are super nice, great to work with and are on top of it. The tenants are nice and the apartments are updated; this is a great, affordable place to live. I highly disagree with the prior negative reviews, as this is my 2nd time living here, and the quality of the property is better than before. I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent Management, the best customer service in the rental industry, this people really care for the most minimum details, place is spotless and well maintained !! Thank you so much Jolee, you rock !! I am updating this review, today is 05/07/2020 and I have nothing bad to say about this facility, instead Karina and Olivia are so professional and understanding abouth the whole situation we are facing with this Pandemia, not only that but this two persons who I think they are a great asset for the company were always on top of any request that you need in regards to our apartments, I will miss Oasis Palms apartments mainly because of their graet managment !! kudos to the management team !! Thank you Karina and Olivia !!

These apartments were pretty great! If we had any concerns, they were resolved within 24 hours. The front office was amazing and we were extremely satisfied with our experience.
